ARE THERE FEMALE ANGELS

On the topic of angels, I find that in the world most images of them are women or little naked babies or children, within the pages of the Bible the angels are mostly men and strong men at that. So why don't we see more images of men angels in the world? I would like to see a few. Another thing when I was looking for pictures of angels what disturbs me most is that many of them are either too cute to be the kind mentioned in the Bible or they are naked women or very bare chested men, alot of sexual overtones in these images to say the least. Within the Scriptures angel are said to be genderless and do not mate with each other nor do they have sex. So there you go.
I have been told that all angels in the bible are always men. I have searched the scriptures myself and found that in fact female angels are mentioned, but only once, but many so called 'learned' men of the bible state that in this one occurrance that they are evil. I happen to disagree with them and here is a study on this topic.

Article: ARE THERE FEMALE ANGELS?

There are people who do not believe there are female angels. I believe there are, as I heard the Lord tell me that in the following scripture, these are women angels and not demons.
However, as proper Biblical scholars, it is important to verify truth with 2-3 witnesses. Usually scripture uses scripture as the witness, but this is not always the case. There are many instances where something is only mentioned in scripture once and it is still truth.
So, when you make your own interpretation of the following scripture, please be aware that this is the only place in the Bible that mentions women angels that I know of. This article is a Word study backing my understanding that these are female angels.
Zech 5:5-11 NKJV
Then the angel who talked with me came out and said to me, "Lift your eyes now, and see what this is that goes forth." 6 So I asked, "What is it?" And he said, "It is a basket that is going forth." He also said, "This is their resemblance throughout the earth: 7 Here is a lead disc lifted up, and this is a woman sitting inside the basket"; 8 then he said, "This is Wickedness!" And he thrust her down into the basket, and threw the lead cover over its mouth. 9 Then I raised my eyes and looked, and there were two women, coming with the wind in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork, and they lifted up the basket between earth and heaven. 10 So I said to the angel who talked with me, "Where are they carrying the basket?" 11 And he said to me, "To build a house for it in the land of Shinar; when it is ready, the basket will be set there on its base."
1. Wickedness (the curse) is thrust down and sealed with a lead cover by the angel. It was taken prisoner.
(interesting the use of 'lead' to be a protector of sorts ~my musings here~)
Zech 5:8-9
"This is Wickedness!" And he thrust her down into the basket, and threw the lead cover over its mouth. 9 Then I raised my eyes and looked, and there were two women , coming with the wind in their wings ; for they had wings like the wings of a stork, and they lifted up the basket between earth and heaven.
The angel that was speaking, thrust the demon down into the basket and threw the lead cover over it. The women with wings carried the woman & basket off as a prisoner, else the angel would not have thrust her down and put a lead cover on her. The women were not demons doing God's work, they were angels sent to carry the curse. If they were demons the woman in the basket would not have had to be held captive and carried.

2. Two women came to carry it off.

3. The women had wings that looked like stork wings.
“...there were two women, coming with the wind in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork...”

a. Storks were considered unclean.
b. These wings were not stork wings.
c. They simply looked like stork wings.
d. BTW: The word stork means maternal kindness.

Jer 8:7 NKJV
"Even the stork {2624} in the heavens Knows her appointed times; And the turtledove, the swift, and the swallow Observe the time of their coming. But My people do not know the judgment of the LORD.

Job 39:13
"The wings of the ostrich wave proudly, But are her wings and pinions like the kindly stork's? {2624}

Every time the word stork (2624) is mentioned in the scripture, its name means to be kind.
chaciydah
OT:2624 chaciydah (khas-ee-daw'); feminine of OT:2623; the kind (maternal) bird, i.e. a stork:
KJV - feather, stork.
chaciydah
OT:2623 chaciyd (khaw-seed'); from OT:2616; properly, kind, i.e. (religiously) pious (a saint):
KJV - godly (man), good, holy (one), merciful, saint, [ungodly.
chacad
OT:2616 chacad (khaw-sad'); a primitive root; properly, perhaps to bow (the neck only [compare OT:2603] in courtesy to an equal), i.e. to be kind; also (by euphem. [compare l OT:88], but rarely) to reprove:
KJV - shewself merciful, put to shame.

4. It specifically says that the wings belonged to the women.
a. Wind in their wings
b. They had wings
“...there were two women, coming with the wind in their wings; for they had wings...”
5. Women is translated women.
OT:802
OT:802 'ishshah (ish-shaw'); feminine of OT:376 or OT:582; irregular plural, nashiym (naw-sheem'); a woman (used in the same wide sense as OT:582):
KJV - [adulter] ess, each, every, female, many, none, one, together, wife, woman. Often unexpressed in English.
OT:582
OT:582 'enowsh (en-oshe'); from OT:605; properly, a mortal (and thus differing from the more dignified OT:120); hence, a man in general (singly or collectively):
KJV - another, [blood-] thirsty, certain, chap [-man]; divers, fellow, in the flower of their age, husband, (certain, mortal) man, people, person, servant, some (X of them), stranger, those, their trade. It is often unexpressed in the English versions, especially when used in apposition with another word . Compare OT:376.
6. Men angels are translated as men.
MAN
'iysh
OT:376 'iysh (eesh); contracted for OT:582 [or perhaps rather from an unused root meaning to be extant]; a man as an individual or a male person; often used as an adjunct to a more definite term (and in such cases frequently not expressed in translation):
KJV - also, another, any (man), a certain, champion, consent, each, every (one), fellow, [foot-, husband-] man, [good-, great, mighty) man, he, high (degree), him (that is), husband, man [-kind], none, one, people, person, steward, what (man) soever, whoso (-ever), worthy. Compare OT:802.

Gen 19:1-2
...Now the two angels {#376} came to Sodom in the evening, and Lot was sitting in the gate of Sodom. When Lot saw them, he rose to meet them, and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground.
Gen 19:12-13
...Then the men {#376} said to Lot, "Have you anyone else here? Son-in-law, your sons, your daughters, and whomever you have in the city — take them out of this place! 13 For we will destroy this place, because the outcry against them has grown great before the face of the LORD, and the LORD has sent us to destroy it."
Ezek 9:3-4 KJV
And the glory of the God of Israel was gone up from the cherub, whereupon he was, to the threshold of the house. And he called to the man {#376} clothed with linen, which had the writer's inkhorn by his side; 4 And the LORD said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof.
Ezek 47:3
And when the man {#376}that had the line in his hand went forth eastward, he measured a thousand cubits, and he brought me through the waters; the waters were to the ankles.
7. Humans don’t have wings
These were women who owned their wings. Women don’t have wings, angels and spirits have wings.
8. We know that angels appear as people

Heb 13:2
Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.

Acts 12:13-15
And as Peter knocked at the door of the gate, a girl named Rhoda came to answer. 14 When she recognized Peter's voice, because of her gladness she did not open the gate, but ran in and announced that Peter stood before the gate. 15 But they said to her, "You are beside yourself!" Yet she kept insisting that it was so. So they said, "It is his angel ."
9. If these women were demonic, there would be no reason for the wicked women in the basket to be thrust in and carried as a prisoner.
10. God often uses angels to carry out destruction, curses, etc.
· The two angels that were sent to Lot, were sent to destroy cities.
· The angel of the Lord had his sword drawn when Balaam ignored the donkey.
· In the book of Revelations, there are many angels that do the plagues and judgments.
· The angel stretched his hand over Jerusalem to destroy it when David was being chastised.
· The death angel went about Egypt to kill the first born.

11. The women were to build a house.
a. One of the words used in the translations is prison.
Gen 39:20 KJV
And Joseph's master took him, and put him into the prison {#1004}, a place where the king's prisoners were bound: and he was there in the prison. {#1004}
HOUSE
OT:1004
OT:1004 bayith (bah'-yith); probably from OT:1129 abbreviated; a house (in the greatest variation of applications, especially family, etc.):
KJV - court, daughter, door, dungeon, family, forth of, great as would contain, hangings, home [born], [winter] house (-hold), inside (-ward), palace, place, prison, steward, tablet, temple, web, within (-out).
SCRIPTURES AND TRUTH THAT ARE ONLY MENTIONED ONCE
Not all truth is verified in scripture 2-3 times, but it is still truth and still scripture.

· The watcher angels are only mentioned once (twice) in Daniel 4. Dan 4:13 & 23. "I saw in the visions of my head while on my bed, and there was a watcher, a holy one, coming down from heaven. He cried aloud and said thus.
· The lady drew the virtue/ power out of Jesus. It is the only time it is recorded. We can safely say that people can draw virtue out of us because it happened to Jesus.

· The story of the rich man in Hades and asking Abraham for mercy is only recorded once, but it is a main foundation for Christian understandings.
· Jude quotes Enoch, and this is not in the OT scripture. It actually comes from the book called Enoch.

Jude 14-15 NKJV
Now Enoch , the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men also, saying, "Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of His saints, 15 to execute judgment on all, to convict all who are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have committed in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him."

ANGELS AMONG US.......A WORD FROM GOD

Angels are wonderful beings, and although I have never knowingly saw one, I have been saved from a potential head on collision by what I believe to be an Angelic presence that took control of my steering wheel and brought me through to safety.........................

Paul said, “Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by this some have entertained angels without knowing it.” (Hebrews 13:2 NASB)
“Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation?” (Hebrews 1:14 NKJV)

“And he went out, and followed him; and did not know that what was done by the angel was real but thought he was seeing a vision. When they were past the first and the second guard posts, they came to the iron gate that leads to the city; which opened to them of its own accord: and they went out, and went down one street; and immediately the angel departed from him.” (Acts 12:9,10 NKJV)

Angels play an important role in our life, for they serve us as a gift from God. One of the reasons they do not make a habit of openly declaring themselves is that they are created to glorify Jesus and to serve, not to publish their own identity and find followers. In this day and time, there is much renewed interest in angels. Unfortunately, the new age movement has also incorporated this. So, beware when you listen to angel stories. Be on guard for any enticing story that would encourage a long time relationship with a guardian angel or even a friendship. The Bible says the enemy can be camouflaged as an angel of light, and the new age movement encourages having spirit guides who can appear in the form of an angel. They say each person should get in touch with these beings and have a relationship with them.
The difference is subtle, for angels are active in our lives, and they do love and encourage us, and sometimes talk to us, as the Bible says. I have read many stories of people who were delivered by angels, and I believe in times of intense long term trauma, an angel can have a temporary relationship with that person. However, the Lord wants us to seek Him and have a relationship with Him. He doesn’t want our faith displaced towards angels being our source, HE wants to be our source.
The enemy is placed behind divine restraints and not able to hold us captive if we are in God's approved location. There are three issues enabling the enemy to snare us. The most important and obvious issue is not to cross the line of our conscience, leaving behind God's approval.

1 Tim 1:18-19 NKJV
...wage the good warfare, having faith and a good conscience , which some having rejected, concerning the faith have suffered shipwreck,

Acts 24:16 NKJV
This being so, I myself always strive to have a conscience without offense toward God and men.
The second is to not flirt with danger. Making choices that are not necessarily sin, but definitely not edifying is getting too close for comfort.
1 Thess 5:22-23 KJV
Abstain from all appearance of evil. And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The third is not to carry excess baggage. Do not be attached to something that goes against your conscience,   this enables the evil being to grab the attachment, and ultimately you. The lesson here is to let go of the sins that easily beset us and leave them a good distance behind. We can not keep sin in our lives and expect to stay out of harm's way.
 Heb 12:1-2 NKJV
Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight , and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith...

When you walk away from God's approval, you place yourself behind enemy lines by your own volition. Once we realize  our mistake and cry for help, do not be perturbed that you may have to work so hard to get back to that safe place.  The angel will and  is guarding your back, but you still have to make the effort to climb out of the situation you have gotten yourself in. It's very possible that part of the reason you have to make the effort  to climb out yourself and work so hard is so that you will remember the importance of the staying on the side of God's will and not your own! The whole thing could have been avoided if you would have followed your conscience in the first place. Your conscience is the way that God's Spirit works with and talks to you.
GOD'S WORD TRANSLATION
Romans 14-5
Let each one be fully convinced in his own mind...............

Romans 14:22

So whatever you believe about these things, keep it between yourself and God. The person who does what he knows is right shouldn't feel guilty. He is blessed.

Ask Me what you can do to help the angels work on your behalf and I will tell you. You have a band of angels that accompany and follow you as you walk in the pathway of My light and you desire to please Me. However, when you willingly rebel against Me to go your own way and to please yourself, it causes you to cross the line of your conscience. Once you crossover, this immediately places you in the land behind divine restraints and gives the enemy access to you. The angels are not allowed to accompany you onto the other side. I wait until you call upon Me for help, and then only one angel is sent to cover your backside, as you climb your way back out of extreme gravity and the enemy's magnetizing grip. My angel will cover you to keep you from falling in the climb, but you must climb yourself so that you learn the lesson of not breaching your conscience and deliberately rebelling against My wishes.
When you are safely on the other side of the line once more, you must leave the weight that so easily besets you. For the weight is a load on your back, still on the other side of the line. The enemy is not able to touch you, but he is given access to grab what you carry. If you remain attached, he can easily drag you back across the line. This is a lesson hard-learned, but once you have been there and understand, you heed the warning and will live freely away from besetting sins. The angels, who have waited patiently, will continue accompany you on your journey in righteous living.
“Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us.” (Heb 12:1 NKJV)

Angels  are available to help us, but they will not violate our free will. Sometimes they are unable to help us if we are not in the right position with God and scripture. Repentance through change of heart and direction releases them to help us. Then sometimes we must wait another time to be rescued.

John 8:28-30 NKJV Then Jesus said to them, "When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and that I do nothing of Myself; but as My Father taught Me, I speak these things. 29 And He who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him."

There are times and seasons, each for My purpose. You have entered a time when it is important to study My Word. Research, ask questions, dig for answers. Search for common reference points, common words to understand My bigger picture from history through now. I AM opening My Word to you, that you may see fuller revelation of what I intended from the very beginning. Beloved student, if you take the time to study My Word, heed it and not turn away, I will reward you for your time. Your faith will be rekindled, your understanding will nourish deep roots and your joy shall return.

2 Tim 2:15 AMP
Study and be eager and do your utmost to present yourself to God approved (tested by trial), a workman who has no cause to be ashamed, correctly analyzing and accurately dividing[rightly handling and skillfully teaching] the Word of Truth.

Isa 50:4-5 NKJV
The Lord GOD has given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him who is weary. He awakens me morning by morning, He awakens my ear to hear as the learned. The Lord GOD has opened my ear; and I was not rebellious, nor did I turn away.

I have given you angels that are specialized to fit your needs. I have heard your prayers for increased revelation into the scriptures and I have sent a special angel to help you. You will find an increase of clarity and your eyes opened to new understandings. This angel will help ground the things I tell you, with My Word.

“For He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways.” (Ps 91:11 NKJV)

Rev 3:19 AMP
Those whom I [dearly and tenderly] love, I tell their faults and convict and convince and reprove and chasten [I discipline and instruct them]. So be enthusiastic and in earnest and burning with zeal and repent [changing your mind and attitude]. [Prov 3:12.]
I have given you a cup to drink, which is My will for your destiny in My kingdom. As often as you ponder this truth, it soaks deeper into your life until you finally wholeheartedly accept the full cup.I have received your commitment to Me and how great and tender is My love for you! In efforts to be faithful to this vow, I see you wrestle between flesh and soul to line them up with My will. I gave you free will and it means so much when you lay down your independence for My sake. You are such a precious child and you give Me such joy when you seek to wholeheartedly please Me.
May God's angels watch over you and keep you in all areas of your life!

IN MY FATHERS HOUSE

We all have read and been told that Jesus said, in John 14:2
King James Bible

In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

Is this the way this verse should have been translated? Here are a few more translations that I believe state it more accurately.

New International Version (©1984)
In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you.

New Living Translation (©2007)
There is more than enough room in my Father's home. If this were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you?

English Standard Version (©2001)
In my Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you?

This refers to the office of a servant of God who dispenses his duties well.
What is Jesus trying to get across to us in this statement? We know a 'house' can not have many 'mansions' so what does this scripture say? I personally believe it should be stated that in God the Fathers house are many 'rooms', which make a bit more since here like these other translation write.

In this scripture, the word "house" in the Greek is "oikia" (pronounced oy-kee'-ah) and means "household" and by extension "family" the word "mansions" is "mone" (pronounced 'mon-ay') and means "residence" (the act or the place).

The meaning of the word "mansions" is "residence" but it can either be the place of residence or the act of residence.  Most often this is referred to as their mansion in heaven" and the "keys to their mansion." But does that really make sense? The word residence" really refers to the act of residence and not a place of residence. We  have all heard  the terms, "a doctor in residence" and "a doctor completing his residency?"

From the World Book Dictionary. The word "Residence" means - The seat of some power or activity. "Residency" means -The position of a doctor who continues practicing in a hospital after completing his internship. "Resident" means - An official sent to live in a foreign land to represent his country.
So it is within this context that Jesus is making this statement, "In My Father's house there are many mansions," (John 14:2) What He was in fact saying is that, "within the Family and Government of God, there are many rooms of official positions of authority!" there are many "Residencies"and 'positions of authority' that we have in Christ, that are available! (Since God is a King His family will be in positions of authority and it is they who form  this future Governing body of the Kingdom of GOD)

Right now, here on earth our purpose in this life as believers ,is to learn all we need to learn in order to govern others during the 1000 year reign of Christ here on earth so therefore we need to consider ourselves as  spiritual interns and  we  are also, delegates and diplomats  of the Kingdom now. As rulers in GOD's kingdom  if we successfully complete our internship here, then  during the millennial reign, we'll no longer be interns but  ministers "in residence!" What exactly are we to learn? The Way of  Faith as we walk in the Spirit of Truth and Loving GOD and our neighbor as ourselves in all areas of life .
In the government of God (during the millennial reign) there are many residencies (official positions of authority) this is the message Jesus is trying to get across to us in this verse!
He was also saying that the qualified servant of God can occupy and function in any one of those positions if they show themselves approved here and now. Here are a few translations of the next verse, 3:
New American Standard Bible (©1995)

"If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also.

International Standard Version (©2008)
And if I am going away to prepare a place for you, I will come back again and welcome you into my presence, so that you may be where I am.

GOD'S WORD® Translation (©1995)
If I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again. Then I will bring you into my presence so that you will be where I am.

KinLg James Bible
And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

The word "place" is translated from the Greek word, "topos" and means "special position" to prepare a special position." so "to prepare a place" means "The word "receive" is paralambano" and means "to assume an office," the word "unto" is translated from "pros" which means "by the side of" and the phrase "may be" is the Greek word "o" which means "should stand."

So we can  interpret this verse this way, "There are many positions of authority in my Father's Government: If this weren't true I wouldn't say so. I'm leaving to prepare a special place for you now. And if I'm doing this, then I will return and take you with me to stand in that position of authority at my side in my presence.

When Jesus made this statement just after Judas left to betray Him and therefor he also abandon his official position in the Kingdom Government of GOD, it should be clear that Jesus is indicating to the rest of His Disciples the Apostles, that if they remain faithful to HIM and His ministry which they were called and selected for, then at the appointed time He will grant them the right to assume the official offices in which they should stand and for which they have been in training for.

In Matthew 22 Verse 14 makes it clear when it says,
New American Standard Bible (©1995)
"For many are called, but few are chosen."

International Standard Version (©2008)
because many are invited, but few are chosen."

GOD'S WORD® Translation (©1995)
"Therefore, many are invited, but few of those are chosen to stay."
King James Bible
For many are called, but few are chosen.

Many think that in this verse, being 'called' and 'chosen' has something  to do with becoming a Christian or Salvation, but I believe that it does not. This verse in my humbled opinion, has been widely misquoted and largely misunderstood! It is actually speaking about the multitudes who have been called to a particular ministry and the few who have stayed with the training long enough to be commissioned to that ministry. Not with being saved or not.
The word "called" from the Greek is "kletos" (pronounced 'klay-tos') meaning "invited" and the word "chosen" is "eklektos" (pronounced 'ek-lektos') meaning "selected."
There's a big difference between being invited to and being selected for a ministry! It's evident that this is not the salvation of the spirit being referred to, because
Romans 8:30 states, "
GOD'S WORD® Translation (©1995)

He also called those whom he had already appointed. He approved of those whom he had called, and he gave glory to those whom he had approved of.

Young's Literal Translation

and whom He did fore-appoint, these also He did call; and whom He did call, these also He declared righteous; and whom He declared righteous, these also He did glorify.

Bible in Basic English

And those who were marked out by him were named; and those who were named were given righteousness; and to those to whom he gave righteousness, in the same way he gave glory.

King James Bible

Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

I believe the GODS WORD translation correctly has the spirit of the real meaning here. Justification from sin is the foundation of the salvation of the spirit! This scripture leaves absolutely no room for misunderstanding! It clearly says, whom He called, He justified! Indicating that all whom He called, He justified!
It says absolutely nothing about some or few or many... nothing! Whom He called, He justified, whom He justified, He glorified! This encompasses all!  So, the phrase, "many are called but few are chosen" rightly indicates that of all whom the Lord has invited to a particular ministry, there are but a few who will answer that call and stay with the training program long enough to faithfully function in that ministry and receive their just rewards for their labors . Their room and place of authority is being made in heaven , this official position of authority in the Kingdom of God will be given here on earth in the next age. We are not preparing to GO to heaven but a position of authority is being prepared in Heaven to be implemented here on earth during Christ Reign here on earth.
GOD did not create SOULS to live and learn here on earth to then take us to another place, but to another level of existance and authority here on earth. Souls belong on earth we were not created for Heaven but to live as perfected Souls here on earth. Earth was prepared and created for SOULs and GOD created it to be inhabited.

New International Version (©1984)
For this is what the LORD says--he who created the heavens, he is God; he who fashioned and made the earth, he founded it; he did not create it to be empty, but formed it to be inhabited--he says: "I am the LORD, and there is no other

New American Standard Bible (©1995)
For thus says the LORD, who created the heavens (He is the God who formed the earth and made it, He established it and did not create it a waste place, but formed it to be inhabited), "I am the LORD, and there is none else.

GOD'S WORD® Translation (©1995)
The LORD created the heavens. God formed the earth and made it. He set it up. He did not create it to be empty but formed it to be inhabited. This is what the LORD says: I am the LORD, and there is no other.

American King James Version
For thus said the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he has established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else.

May we preservere and endure to the end!

A SPECIAL WORD TO THE CHRISTIAN BELIEVER

Here is a quickened word for you a believer in Jesus/Yeshua the Messiah, the Anointed of God.

Now what is   Holy Spirit? Is it a third 'personality' ? Or something altogether different than what is taught in most Christendom? Spirit is the mind of God , and now since Jesus  is with HIM at the Right Hand of God, it is also the Mind of Jesus as well. Spirit is the mind and thoughts and energy of God HIMSELF. It is the essence of THEIR mind. Is that not simple? It is the essence of their mind. Jesus said, "The Father and I are one," because their minds are so much alike. The Holy Spirit is the power that issues forth from them, and when we accept it, what does it issue forth from us in? What is the  fruit or by-product of God's mind and power in us? Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, meekness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.Nothing we can boast about in doing or having,   because with out the Power of God in us we would not have the ability to produce such wonderful fruit.

It emanates directly from THEM for the express purpose of influencing us directly and personally, and that is why you can be called "the called," "the chosen," "the elect," because now child of the living God, if you are a Christian then listen closely here to a special word from God directly to You and to me, personally of all the people in this world, God chose directly to influence YOU and I. If you have been drawn to God, if You can not get God out of your thinking, If you have been changed and no longer want to do what you once did as a non believer, this is for YOU  . Remember Ephesians 2:2? Satan indirectly affects everyone on earth with his spirit. He broadcasts it forth, and it goes out in a general manner. But the relationship You now have with God is direct and personal. It does not go to everybody. It came directly to you. He sent forth His Spirit(power ,mind and thoughts). He was thinking about you, and He was creating thoughts in His mind (also spirit) about you, and what you could become, where you could fit in His Kingdom, and what He needed to do to prepare you for it. Now you need to soak that in for a while, if you do not think you are special in any way by the worlds standards, Friend and fellow sibling of God , you are indeed special to GOD!
He was thinking about you before He ever let you know, and when the time came that it was right, He sent forth His Spirit(his mind, thoughts, power and essence) and began to create you spiritually. He sent forth His mind, and began to interface with you personally. That is the difference between God's approach, and Satan's approach. Once you understand this, you will be able to thank God from your innermost being! God chose YOU to be in fellowship with Him in thought and deed,in this darkened world we live in He has made you to be Light . You have been given access to God HIMSELF, that all unbelievers do not have. And it was nothing we could have done to receive such a gift, but it was ALL GOD. We can not even have a proud thought on this because it was not that we are better than anyone else, but that when He called YOU and I  we listened and obeyed His word, when others would not. WOW what a blessing, what a gift, what love. Praise God for his love for us.
So just what is this Holy Spirit  that we have? It is the essence—it is an emanation from God's mind and thoughts to yours, how marvelous is that?!!
I don't believe the Holy Spirit is a different or separate person from God, Nor is Jesus/Yeshua a different person from God, They ARE GOD. God is the Holy Spirit and God is Jesus /Yeshua in the flesh, and God is the Parent in the Heavenly realms. They are ALL GOD.They represent different functions and workings of God.So then GOD is ONE.
I am a mother and so my children treat me as a mother and my function and workings with them would be that of a mother. I am a wife, and so my function and action and workings and relationship with my husband would be that of a wife, I am not a wife to my kids nor am I a mother to my husband. I am a daughter to my parents, so therefore my relationship with my parents would be that of a daughter , not as a mother or a wife. But in all these instances I am still ME. I am Me the Mother , Me the Wife and Me the daughter, but in all ways I am still ONE>ME. This is how I view the so called Trinity, God is All 3! But functions differently in what ever capacity God is working in but God always remains God no matter who or what God is doing.
Shalom and in HIS service.

GOD IS LIGHT

"Believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light". John 12:36

Yahshua/Jesus the Messiah, the light who enlightens every person who comes into the world.
Yahshua/Jesus, the light of the world, who if  any person  believes and follows, will have the light of life,
and will be reconciled and restored to God, who is light,
to become children of that light.
It is truth that sets us free, not the knowledge of error,we are not called to dispel the darkness, we are called to turn on the light.
The greatest symbol, metaphor, image of who and what GOD and Christ is would have to be LIGHT. I compiled scriptures about the word 'light'  below, and I am amazed at how many times , who GOD and Yahshua the Messiah is identified as , is declared to be LIGHT  so many times. Our path, our life, our work ,our identity is called LIGHT. This is amazing to me.

Jesus is the Light that enlightens ALL people that come into the world. He is the life, the light of ALL people. The Light is in each one of us, whether we have been 'saved' or not. The Light is dim and shines in darkness; the Light is suppressed by the darkness of our hearts. Yet the Light is what quietly reasons with us throughout our lives. As we seek God, the Light is what exposes what is hidden in our hearts. The Light is what we either love or hate. If we are committed to truth, we love the Light and welcome the Light to show us how to improve ourselves to be acceptable in His sight. If we are committed to our selfish nature, we run and hide from the Light, or we try to extinguish the light, because we hate the Light. If you love the light, it is your Teacher. If you hate the light, it is your condemnation. As we respond to the what the Light tells us to deny and how to live a godly life, the Light increases within us; our selfish spirit decreases, and the Light increases.
It is theoretically possible for someone who has never heard of Christ, the gospel, or the cross to attain salvation by complete obedience to the Light within their conscience. The Lord has even told me he will reveal himself to people from other religions who seek the Light; but unfortunately, they typically reject him because of loyalty to their faith( traditions), or because of the poor record of people who call themselves Christians. Whoever lives in an area where the record of Christ is known, to seek salvation without acknowledgement of Christ would violate Christ's own statement: If any man(person) desires to do His will (God's pleasure), he will know (have the needed illumination to recognize, and can tell for himself) whether the teaching is from God or whether I am speaking from Myself and of My own accord and on My own authority. John7:17 Many of the early Quakers have written records on this site about their experience with the Light's reproving of sin and evil in them, early in their youth. In my youth I can remember at least one experience where the Light was reproving me; as convincing as it was, I was clueless at to its origin and ignored its advice, continuing on my course of error. Had I been taught in my youth to expect God to reprove me periodically, I would have probably recognized the source and would have been far more attentive. This leads me to question what kind of world we would live in if we were taught at an early age to expect the convincing reproofs of God. The world might be a much better place.
Just as God sent Jesus to the Jews, to either be accepted or rejected, so he has given to each of us the Light within, to either be accepted of rejected. Our conscience tells us we have been wrong when we lie or steal. The Light of our conscience, has been quietly reasoning with us all of our life, gently pleading for goodness. Our challenge is to become wholly directed in word and action by the Word and Light, Christ, within us. http://www.hallvworthington.com/

I. THE POWER OF LIGHT

A. Light is a powerful provider

Light is energy-pure energy. The greatest natural source of light is the sun. Jesus Christ is called "the Sun of righteousness" (Mal. 4:2), and just as the sun's light is the physical source of our energy, Jesus Christ is the true source of our spiritual energy.

Whatever we eat ultimately comes from the energy of the sun's light. Green plants, through photosynthesis, convert light energy into stored energy. When we eat the plant, we are consuming energy that was once light.

We cannot escape the power and energy of light, just as the power of Jesus Christ is the thing which keeps all things together (Col. 1:17; Rom. 11:36) and the power that gives us the ability to be what we spiritually can be (Eph. 3:16, 6:10; Phil. 4:19; Col. 1:11).

B. Light is powerful in its speed
Light travels at approximately 186,282 miles per second. Nothing in our experience can move faster. It is the universal, absolute standard of speed. Einstein, in fact, postulated that everything-even time itself - is relative to only one existing constant: the speed of light.

Jesus Christ is the absolute standard by which all other things are measured (Acts 17:31). He never changes His character (Heb. 13:8). It is easier for heaven and earth to pass away than for anything that comes from His mouth to be annulled, changed, or altered (Matt. 5:18, 24:35) - and even time itself is subject to Jesus Christ, He was alive before there was time (John 1:1), and He will be alive when the new heavens and new earth are made (Rev. 21:6).
When Jesus wants something done, nothing can slow Him down; nothing can hinder Him from the execution of His plan (Matt. 28:18).

II. THE "PROBLEM" OF LIGHT
It is very difficult to explain or fully understand exactly what light is. This is because light has a dual nature.
For 300 years, there have been fierce arguments in the scientific community whether light was a particle or a wave. Presently, scientific dogma says that is both - even though scientists readily admit that this is "impossible." They shrug their shoulders and call it a "wave" when it does what a wave is expected to do, and they call it a "particle" when it does what a particle is expected to do. According to all the present evidence, light is not part particle and part wave (or a particle moving in a wave like pattern, as many falsely imagine), but it is all wave and all particle, all at the same time.
Jesus Christ is all God and all man. He is proclaimed to be God (Isa. 9:6; Jn. 1:1; 1 Tim. 3:16; Tit. 1:3; Heb. 1:8), and yet we know that He is all man (I Tim. 2:4). He tried (Jn. 4:6), He wept (Jn. 11:35), He thirsted (Jn. 19:28), and He was "in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin" (Heb. 4:15).
III. THE PURPOSE OF LIGHT
Light is that which makes manifest. Obviously, if it were not for light, nothing could be seen. Light shows things for what they really are. Light never lies. If there is a scratch in the paint, light will show it. If there is an imperfection in a diamond, light will manifest it.

A. Light manifests sin for what it is
"And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light" WHY? "because their deeds were evil" (Jn. 3:19). One reason that the world doesn't love Jesus Christ is because He, as the Light, shows people that their sin is hopeless, wicked, and unprofitable. The "angel of light," the devil (2 Cor. 11:14) tries to glorify sin, but this is a counterfeit light. The true Light tells the truth about sin.
B. Light manifests God for Who He is
Jesus bore witness of the Father (Jn. 1:18; 148,9; 17:26) and Himself (Jn 8:18). He manifested God and God's character to us.
C. Light, because it manifests, dissolves our unfounded fears.
There is nothing more terrifying than not knowing what is scaring you. Being in the dark is the worst. If you see something fearful, at least you know how to deal with it. But when you are in darkness, that is fear.
Jesus Christ scatters all of our illegitimate fears with His glorious light. He tells us that we do need to fear-we need to fear God (Luke 12:5), but if we have that mastered, we will fear very little else, and will live a joyful life (Rom. 14:17; Gal. 5:22; Phil. 1:4,25; 1 Pet. 5:7- 1 Jn. 4:18).

D. Light makes it possible to work
In the context of Jesus' proclamation that He is the light of the world (Jn. 9:5) comes the statement, "I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is yet day: the night cometh, when no man can work" (vs. 4).
Without Light, it is virtually impossible to do any kind of profitable work. Without Christ, service to God is meaningless, and in vain (2 Cor. 13:5). Works without Jesus Christ is as much vanity and worthlessness as trying to paint a picture in absolute darkness. With the light, however, all labor is worthwhile. You can see what you are doing. You can work what God has asked you to work without frustration, knowing "that your labour is not in vain in the Lord" (1 Cor. 15:58).

I have appeared to you to appoint you as a servant and as a witness of what you have seen of me and what I will show you. I will rescue you from your own people and from the Gentiles.
