LIKE A TREE PLANTED FIRMLY BY THE WATERS

Do you want to be happy, blessed and prosperous? Who doesn't ? Can we really be happy ,blessed and prosperous as a Christian? I know from my perspective it seems that few really are, unless you are a Tele Evangelist. They seem to be really rolling in the dough.
If the bible can be trusted to be the inspiration of and the very breath of GOD, and it is,it seems to say that we can be. So when looking at the lives of the Saints spoken of in the Scriptures and at the lives of the Apostles, can we come to the conclusion that they were in the very Will of the Most High? If so, were they happy, blessed and prosperous or successful in all they did? Do the words, blessed, happy , successful and prosperous mean the same thing in our day as it was in the Bible? Tele Evangelist and the Name it Claim it crowd, seems to think that these words mean what they mean today, I think that maybe they don't, not exactly. I think that it is not the personal wealth and success that we keep for ourselves, that the bible is addressing. I think that the people of FAITH spoken of within the pages of our Bibles were very blessed and properous, some in the ways we think of in our society, but these wealthy ones shared and spread their wealth around and did not hoard their blessings but served GOD with it. Others seemed not so wealthy by our standards of wealth, but in the ways of GOD these saints were what we can say 'stinking rich', but in the works of GOD through them. They flowed and was filled and full of the HOLY SPIRIT OF THE MOST HIGH they were so successful at letting the fruits of GOD' S SPIRIT flow through them for and in the service of others, that many Christians today can only just read about. There are very few saints living today that are as Rich as they were in the writings of the Apostles. Why is that, and that was my question to the LORD today, why GOD am I so poor and lacking in all areas of my life both physically and spiritually?
and Psalms 1 and Psalms 4 was my answer.

As I was getting ready for my time with the LORD this morning, not really knowing where to start, I had just opened my bible, not to any particular page, I just opened it and proceeded to turning on my lap top, when all of a sudden the page of the bible turned, so I looked at what was on that page and on both pages were ,Psalms1,2,3 and 4
Psalms 1 really spoke to alot of issues, that I am tangled up in and if I would apply it's wisdom in and to my life, I would not be so tangled up in my 'issues" . In Psalms 1 , struck a note with me in that ,if I want to be blessed,1.I must not walk in the council, or plans or purpose of the wicked or unbelievers. What does that mean exactly? For me, I have been studying in some of the various religious paths that are not exactly noted for being kind or sympathetic to the bible and to the GOD of the Bible.

2. I must not stand or sit in the path of sinners.- This is very clear to me, in that the word 'path' is used alot in these various fringes of Christianity and beyond , I have been mingling in and studying various teachings on these 'Paths',and the word path is used to defind their spiritual or religious affiliations.

3.My delight or pleasure should be in the law or teachings and instructions of the LORD.-This is speaking very loudly to me in that on these other 'paths' the law or teaching within the bible are not the focus of their pursuit, but on how to do other things to get close to GOD when GOD has already told us how it is done. My passion , my desires, my pleasure should be on the teachings that GOD has handed down to us via the instruction manual the bible.

4. I must meditate, ponder, and or study in HIS law day and night.- This is telling me that meditation is to ponder and to study HIS laws and instruction via the Bible, through out the day and night, not some thing else that does not even mention GOD of JESUS within its teachings ,Meditation is not saying a mantra or a word over and over so that my mind is empty but that I place within my Mind the Words of Life and ponder them over and over, GOD wants a thinking mind not an empty one.If I do this not because I want to be saved but because I am saved and I do belong to the LORD then I will be planted and rooted in the river of GOD, I will bring forth fruit, this fruit is not my doing but being a branch on the vine of Christ and the root of GOD, I will bear fruit in season or when the time is right, and I will prosper and be successful in all I do. What I believe here is that it is not just my life here on earth the Material blessings that are being talked about. I will be prosperous and successful, but in what the LORD does within me and from the Holy Spirit from whom my fruit comes from , that is what will be successful. I think that the blessings and the prosperity is the work of GOD in us and through us that will be blessed, be successful and prosperous. We are not here as Christians to have earthly wealth and success and revel in our flesh, but as Christians we are to be blessed and successful in the work that GOD does through us.

I know we can not give to others if we do not have, but I also know that when we have then we are able to give to others. But our wealth and prosperity is not for us alone, but for and in the service of GOD as Ministers of Reconciliation to others.

May you be blessed and prospers in the LORD

SHALOM, in CHRIST THE MESSIAH

ENDURA

PSALMS 1
1 How blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked,Nor stand in the path of sinners,Nor sit in the seat of scoffers! 2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD,And in His law he meditates day and night. 3 He will be like a tree firmly planted by streams of water,Which yields its fruit in its season And its leaf does not wither; And in whatever he does, he prospers. 4 The wicked are not so,But they are like chaff which the wind drives away. 5 Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment,Nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous. 6 For the LORD knows the way of the righteous,But the way of the wicked will perish.

AND PSALMS 4 Spoke to me concerning my 'issues'

New American Standard Bible ©.
1 Answer me when I call, O God of my righteousness! You have relieved me in my distress;Be gracious to me and hear my prayer. 2 O sons of men, how long will my honor become a reproach? How long will you love what is worthless and aim at deception?
Selah.3 But know that the LORD has set apart the godly man(person)for Himself; The LORD hears when I call to Him. 4 Tremble, and do not sin;Meditate in your heart upon your bed, and be still.
Selah.5 Offer the sacrifices of righteousness,And trust in the LORD. 6 Many are saying, “Who will show us any good?”Lift up the light of Your countenance upon us, O LORD! 7 You have put gladness in my heart,More than when their grain and new wine abound. 8 In peace I will both lie down and sleep,For You alone, O LORD, make me to dwell in safety.

WHEN I SAY I AM A CHRISTIAN by MAYA ANGELOU

'A woman's heart should be so hidden in Christ that a man should have to seek Him first to find her.

'When I say... 'I am a Christian' I'm not shouting 'I'm clean livin''I'm whispering 'I was lost, Now I'm found and forgiven.

'When I say... 'I am a Christian' I don't speak of this with pride.I'm confessing that I stumble and need Christ to be my guide.

When I say... 'I am a Christian' I'm not trying to be strong.I'm professing that I'm weak and need His strength to carry on.

When I say.. 'I am a Christian' I'm not bragging of success.I'm admitting I have failed and need God to clean my mess.

When I say... 'I am a Christian' I'm not claiming to be perfect,My flaws are far too visible but, God believes I am worth it.

When I say... 'I am a Christian' I still feel the sting of pain..I have my share of heartaches, so I call upon His name.

When I say... 'I am a Christian' I'm not holier than thou, I'm just a simple sinner Who received God's good grace, somehow!

Crystals & Healing Prayer

Crystals have been scientifically proven to retain and omit energy, also worded as thought patterns. Computers run on this natural occurrence, such as the microchip, which works by the use of quartz. Whatever is put into the crystal (typed data, thought, prayer) is stored and reverberated (or retrieved, i.e. saved documents). This leads into the use of crystals for healing, mental clarity, cleansing etc. Some might deem crystals “New Age” but they are of the earth, and the earth and everything in the earth was created by God. With this respect, I personally don’t see crystals as harmful or going against God in fact they are His gift for us. We use aspirin derived from the bark of a Willow tree to cure our headaches , we use herbs of all kinds for food and as medicines, we use metals such as gold and silver in medicine and for all kinds of purposes,so why not use gemstones, and crystals to aid us for health and pain relief and to cure many ailments with as well?

I have used crystals for relief of pain for many many years, and they have worked wonderfully every time. Our God has given us all we need here on this planet for our use and for our good. Crystals are not evil spirits, and because some flaky New Agey persons attributes all kinds of divas, or spirits to them does not make it so. And because some use crystals and stones for unbiblical things, does not make them evil. All things are good , if we commit them and bless them in Jesus name. These are gifts of God , many stones and gemstones are used time and time again within the pages of the bible, the very foundation of our Mother New Jerusalem will be layered with 12 of them!

DREAMS,INTERPRETATIONS

I have always believed that dreams are one of the most common ways that God speaks to us. I have always believed that dreams are the most common ways our own spirit talks to us. In fact our bibles are full of dreams and their interpretations. There are many ways to try to interprete dreams and many books out there that can give you some information, here is an article about dreams to help us determine what our own dreams mean.

THIS IS FROM:http://www.hannahscupboard.com/
Dream Interpretation - Common Sense Guidelines
Dream interpretation is big business in America. That's because dreams themselves are so interesting and often puzzling and we would like to understand them better if we can. Actually, we can probably interpret most of our dreams ourselves - with a little help. Perhaps we just need a few ground rules which I will share with you here. After that…happy dreaming!
What's in a dream
As you begin to try to understand your own dreams, it's important to remember that dreams are part of God's design for your health and well being. Just like your heart or your lungs have a purpose for your body, dreams have a purpose too.
Dreaming can be a connection to areas deep within yourself being worked through in ways you cannot manage in your waking state. I remember going through a computer conversion once in which several solutions to problems came to me in dreams. I would wake up in the middle of the night and write down what I got through dreaming and implement it the next day at work.
Dreaming is also a mechanism to connect with God and receive messages from him regarding your life or your future. I believe God commonly uses dreams to speak to us and for that reason alone, it is a good idea to pay attention. People who say they don't dream or don't remember their dreams are missing out and should develop a way to key into their dreams.
Satan may also try to access or influence us during sleep and we need be on guard for that. Understanding the source of any dream is a good base line beginning point in interpretation. (More discussion on that under "Nightmares.")
The Most Important Rule
The most important rule in interpreting your own dream is answering this question: what did the dream mean to YOU? You may say; "Well if I knew that I wouldn't need help with the interpretation." What I am saying is to trust yourself as you separate out the elements in the dream and analyze the associated symbols and emotions.
The dream came to you and you have within yourself the best ability to understand what those particular elements mean. There are classic common dream symbols but they may not fit your dream and you shouldn't try to force them. Interpret out of your own well of understanding before going to standard symbol meanings.
Also, all details in a dream are not important. Was that house or that color or that person in the dream meaningful to YOU? If not, it's probably just something random that made its way in and won't be helpful.
Dream Journal
Record your dreams while they are fresh. If possible, keep a journal close by your bed and jot down at least the high points as soon as you wake up. It is often the case that dreams fade very quickly after waking so catch them before they go. It is also helpful to use a journal to better track reoccurring dreams.
A dream from God usually breaks this rule. Supernatural dreams are often more vibrant and indelible and if you have one like that you won't normally forget it even over time. There is a dream I had more than thirty years ago and I still remember every detail.
If there are others in your household, share dreams with each other. When I was a child we used to all tell our dreams at the breakfast table. It helps awareness and aids memory.
Prayer
The one who knows the exact interpretation of every single one of your dreams is God. Ask him! Believe me, he wants you to know and understand. Pray before you go to bed that God will speak to you in the nighttime and when you awake that you will understand how he did.
When you have a puzzling dream, submit it to God and ask him to make known the meaning. Then let your mind relax about it and wait. It may come quickly or over a few days or weeks.
Recently I had a dream with an unusual subject matter - the entire Supreme Court in my back yard - and as I was waking up I said to myself; "I wonder why I dreamed that; what does it mean God?" Almost immediately, a sentence came into my mind that interpreted the dream in a very simple way. Later that day I shared the dream with a few other people without telling them what I got for myself. They had more elaborate interpretations but none of them rang true to me. I feel pretty sure that one sentence was God's take on my dream.
Nightmares
Recently I heard a supposed dream expert say on TV that you shouldn't be upset about nightmares because they are pointing you to some problem that you need to address in your life. Instead, she said, you should welcome nightmares. I wouldn't agree with that.
Yes, sometimes a scary dream reveals an issue that you need to face but what if the dream is coming from the demonic realm? It is something to consider. Are you having reoccurring nightmares? How severe are they? Do you feel hopeless, terrified, driven or depressed after the dream? Does it feel like someone else is in control in the dream?
If you have nightmares, pray before you go to sleep each night that God will put a hedge of protection around your dreams. Make a prayer out of one of these two scriptures. "I will both lie down in peace and sleep; for You alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety." (Psalm 4:8) or "For so He give His beloved sleep." (Psalm 127:5)
Another suggestion if you have nightmares often is to consult a doctor. There are some physically based things which cause nightmares; why not rule those out before going any further? Please see a physician for sure if you sleep walk because that can have potentially very dangerous consequences.
New Age versus Christian Approach
Dream interpretation is big in the New Age movement so be careful about using any books or manuals from that viewpoint. I suggest a Christian perspective for all your dream interpretation beyond what you can do for yourself. Try Dream Interpretation (A Biblical Understanding ) by Herman Riffel; Dream Language by Jim and Michal Ann Goll; Exploring the World of Dreams (A Scriptural Guide to Hearing from God in the Night Season) by Benny Thomas; or Interpreting the Symbols and Types by Kevin J. Conner.
Universal Symbols
There are a set of commonly held symbols within each culture that can point you to the right interpretation of your dream. Here on my website you can check Christian Dream Symbols Dictionary to start. But really, the first thing to do is ask yourself what a particular thing means to YOU. If you can see no special significance, move on to its use as a commonly understood symbol.
For instance, a turtle denotes slowness, a fox is sly and wily, the color green is restful, the number seven means "complete" in spiritual terms. The list goes on and on. You probably don't need to get too far off the beaten path in understanding the elements of your dreams.
Emotions
The emotions you feel in your dreams are extremely important in interpreting them. It may be even more important than the dream sequence itself. Pay close attention to every feeling and emotion played out in each dream.
I once had a dream in which I was in a war. I woke up and felt that I truly understood the horrors that each soldier must feel. My emotions were crucial in understanding the interpretation of my dream.
Now, may you be blessed in your sleep and in your dreams. May God speak to your heart through the nighttime hours and draw you ever closer to himself. Sweet dreams!
